7 Nights    $950.00
Nightly rate $175.00 with a 3 night minimum.
Rates are based on up to 6 people capacity.  The house can also accommadate (2) extra people at an additional $100.00 per person per week or $30.00 per person per night.

Renters must be at least 25 years of age to rent.  Driver's license and credit card must be presented at check in.

Deposits: 50 % of the total fee is due at the time of reservation.  Mastercard and Visa is accepted.

Cancellations: Deposits are refundable, less $50.00 handling fee, if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.  Reservations cancelled within 30 days, no refunds. No refunds due to weather. No shows forfeit entire deposit.

Final payment: Balance is due upon arrival at check- in,  if paying by check the balance is due two weeks before arrival.

Security Deposit: An authorized credit card number is required prior to check-in against damages or losses. Renter must present actual credit card.

Check-in: 2:00 PM  Check-out: 10:00 AM

Renter agrees to declare all guests at check in and pay for additional people. If additional people are not declared, then the renter will be charged for an additional $50.00 per person per night ( number of nights based on total nights on reservation ), regardless of age, for all guest not declared and paid for at check in.

General Information:
The house comes with linens, towels, pillows and bedding,  kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, stove, also a color TV with DirecTV.
Please do not flush any foreign sanitary products down the toilet or alcohol down the sink.

The owner asks that you please respect the personal property of the this private north woods home so everybody can enjoy its beauty and continue renting.
